It has a wide range of experience and has designed and executed large turnkey projects such as Corporate Office Buildings, Residential and Commercial Buildings, School Buildings, Industrial Units, Roads, etc.
Mr.Bala Vinod Sudam, who is a civil engineer since 1983, has executed many residential, industrial and corporate buildings during his vast career.
Presently he is the
• Member of the Real Estate Committee at FICCI-Telangana State Council (www.ficci.com) and was the Chairman and Executive Committee Member (2016-19).
• Executive Committee Member (2014-16) for government liaison at Hyderabad Realtors Association. www.hraindia.org. HRA is a part of a national network of realtors-through its association with National Association of Realtors-India, (www.narindia.com) where more than 50 state bodies are member associations.
• Executive Committee Member, Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry. (www.tecci.org).
He has also worked with Multi-National Companies like Jones Lang La Salle (JLL) in the Project Management Concultancy sector and L.J.Hooker(India) a subsidiary of L.J.Hooker Real Estate, Australia for Real Estate Marketing and IJM (India) Infrastructure Ltd, a subsidiary of IJM Berhard, (Malaysia) for civil construction works.

There are around 200 shops and 100 flats in this building.
